Ms. Gibb has extensive experience in all aspects of security consulting including Physical Risk Assessments and Site Surveys; System Vulnerability Studies; Conceptual Design reports and budget preparation; Engineering Contract Documents; including creation of detail and specification packages, budget preparation, value engineering, and verifying equipment location and wire/power requirements on drawings; and Construction Support including interfacing with the architect, electrical engineer, security installer, and sub contractors. She has experience designing and implementing integrated networked systems for access control, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, intercom, and biometrics.
Ms. Gibb has coordinated and managed various projects including researching and integrating system components, coordinating design functionality in the field, and responding to submittal requests. She has consulted with clients, designed and integrated equipment, prepared control room layouts, designed clean rooms, prepared device placement and conduit/wire/signal transmission pathing, and assisted clients with the testing and acceptance of installed systems. She has experience with network intrusion detection, CPTED, executive protection, disaster preparedness, high-rise lobby design and reconfigurations, and regulation compliance. She has also participated in Master Planning security implementation for various clients to achieve optimal security performance from integrated systems through five, ten, and fifteen-year installation projections. Ms. Gibb has experience with standards and specification writing on various projects, has been trained on badging/smart card systems, has participated in the design of custom software applications, and has provided expert witness services. Ms. Gibb also has knowledge of the basic principles and processes of psychology as related to businesses, community and government agencies, and educational institutions. She has been trained to address communication and relationships within organizations to facilitate growth and maximize benefits. Skills include work in psychological theory, problem-solving, cross-cultural awareness, group facilitation and conflict resolution.
